PNPs allow Canadian provinces and territories to nominate individuals who wish to settle in their province. Each province designs its own streams based on local labour market needs. A provincial nomination adds 600 points to your CRS score under Express Entry — virtually guaranteeing an Invitation to Apply. Non-Express Entry PNP streams also exist with their own processing timelines.
