IMMIGRATION PATHWAY

Family Sponsorship

Reunite with the people who matter most. I handle the complex paperwork so you can focus on preparing for your family's new life in Canada.

Who Can You Sponsor?

Canadian citizens and permanent residents can sponsor: • Spouse, common-law, or conjugal partner • Dependent children (under 22, or over 22 with qualifying disability) • Parents and grandparents • Other eligible relatives in specific circumstances I help sponsors understand their financial obligations and ensure both sponsor and applicant meet all eligibility requirements.

Spousal & Partner Sponsorship

Spousal sponsorship is one of IRCC's priority categories, but applications are frequently refused due to insufficient proof of relationship genuineness. I work with couples to build comprehensive evidence packages that include: • Chronological relationship narrative • Communication records and visit history • Co-habitation evidence and shared finances • Photographs with dates, locations, and context • Third-party statutory declarations

Parents & Grandparents Program

The PGP has extremely limited intake — typically through an annual lottery. When intake opens, applications must be submitted quickly and correctly. Alternatively, the Super Visa allows parents and grandparents to visit Canada for up to 5 years at a time. I'll help you determine which pathway best serves your family's needs.

My Process

1. Eligibility Review — I confirm both sponsor and applicant meet requirements 2. Evidence Strategy — I create a customized evidence checklist for your relationship type 3. Application Assembly — I prepare IMM forms, supporting documents, and relationship evidence 4. Submission & Tracking — I submit the package and monitor processing milestones 5. Interview Preparation — If an interview is required, I prepare you thoroughly 6. Landing — I guide you through the final steps to welcome your family to Canada
